Hey there! I'm Derek, an Ohioan turned Floridian. I served 4 years in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff in Ohio. My wife Hope and I decided to swap snow for sunshine in August 2022.

When I'm not helping clients in the real estate world, you'll find me hitting the gym or perfecting my golf swing. The warm weather and beach vibes resonate with my wife and I, making Florida our ideal home.

Transitioning into real estate in early 2023 has been a rewarding experience, opening doors to new connections and opportunities.
